Down East Hook In Class with Gail Dufresne and Sunday Hook In

This is for the Hook In on Sunday November 1, 2026 & Class on October 30, 2026 with Gail Dufresne teaching a class on Proddy Fish with alternative fibers also.

SKILL LEVEL:  Need to know how to pull loops

STUDENT NEEDS: Cutter with all cutter heads, sharp scissors, hook, frame or hoop

DESCRIPTION: This piece incorporates many different fibers. Fibers used are velvet, wool, mohair, felted balls, buttons, different silk sari yarns, novelty fabric, novelty yarns…… sky is the limit.
 
 Cuts used are #3 through torn wide cut.  We will talk about how to hook with or otherwise use all of these materials. Kit will include all materials necessary to finish the project as well as a pattern on linen.
